SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20 Disapproving the Local                          
Boundary Commission recommendation regarding the annexation of                 
territory to the City of Palmer, was read the second time.                     
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20 be considered engrossed, advanced to                   
third reading and placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was          
so ordered.
